In our restaurant we tap beer from
beer tank, which provides the maximum possible
quality. Beer is unpasteurised, therefore,
most natural product, has the right bite,
not vapid, as it could be in case of tapping
from drums, stored in a cool box with a
constant temperature (8-10°C).
